Good Day,
I am trying to generate reports from DCE for my ACRD600 but I am not getting any sensors to select from it is only giving the link status and a device status option, can the ACRD600 give more sensor values to use or is it something with DCE?

Hi Terrance,
is it just the reporting feature showing no values for the device or if you right click the device and choose “view sensors” do you also see a limited number of sensors?
What version of DCE do you have? Have you updated the DDFs on the system lately? If no sensors are showing anywhere, it is likely missing a DDF.

If i right click and choose "view sensors" the same limited sensors show up.
the server is running 7.4.1, no i haven't updated the DDFs recently. its an APC unit, shouldn't it have the latest DDFs?

Hi Terrance, as spezialist mentions, it is likely the lack of the proper DDF.

Dear terrence ramnarine,
First you need to check from DCE-client which version of the SNMP DDF-file Schneider ACRD2G is installed?
For example, from the DDF resource you can now download the SNMP DDF-file apc_acrd2g.xml v.12:
Perhaps - this will be the solution to your problem.
Try and report the result, please.
With respect.
