Sorry this is still an issue but I've commented on the previously entered issue reports that it is still an issue in 7.8. Hopefully product management and engineering will take another look

Please mention in the subject something like 'Secure Power Software DCE wrong Cyrillic symbols', please add your DCE instance's MAC-address. Thanks.
