Continuing the already closed topic DCE-7.7: Russian letters "с" and "я" are displayed incorrectly in the web GUI.: unfortunately in the new version of DCE-7.8.0 this bug has not been fixed:

Sorry this is still an issue but I've commented on the previously entered issue reports that it is still an issue in 7.8. Hopefully product management and engineering will take another look
