DCE-7.7.1 client: menu "Change Server" does not work?

After installing the new version of DCE-7.7.1, I found a bug: under MS Windows 10 1903 in the DCE-client, menu File -> Change Server does not work ☹️. For me, for many years this option was very convenient.

I hope this bug will be fixed.
