Hi,
I want to update the Date & Time using SNMP Device Configuration,
However, I have a problem when I tried to configure few PDUs:
Under the column - Last Retrieved appears "Not Retrieved (in red color)"
Moreover, I have to do not mark in the hostname checkbox in order to
continue to Configure Device Settings.
What can I do to fix this?
Great appreciation

Hi,
I'm just another user who had similar problem in the past. It was related to blocked firewall ports/protocols especially where DCE wants to send configuration to the device (21 or 22).

Hi friend,
Tank you for the help, but the problem is not blocked firewall and
I noticed that the problem appears on a specific model AP8853: 32A-1PH.
Do you have this model?
Great appreciation

Dear sheep,
Can you show a screenshot of the firmware version from the web-GUI of your problematic AP8853 rPDUs?
With respect.

Dear sheep,
Maybe you should try updating one or two of the above rPDUs to the latest version v.6.8.2 and see the result?
Also, what is your version of DCE software?
With respect.

HI,
The version of DCE software: 7.5.0.62
I will try update to v.6.8.2 can you please send my a link for download?
But I have a lot of other PDUs with this version 6.5.6 that work great without any problem.
Important notice: the problem that I have is with a specific
model AP8853: 32A-1PH.
Maybe the problem is with this controller version?
With respect.

Dear sheep,
Unfortunately, I could not find the web-links for the download ☹️. But you can download the latest DCE device firmware catalog, import it into DCE software, and from there update your problematic rPDUs.
I also have many rPDUs of AP8853 and AP8881, all with the latest firmware v.6.8.2. And I did not observe any problems on them.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.
