I recently changed the board in an ACRD100, the FW that came loaded on the board is 6.7.0, APP v6.0.1, AOS v6.8.2 and BM v1.0.9, it is not showing up on the DCE 7.2, can anyone help as to why its not showing up on the DCE client. I tried to downgrade the FW on the board but it is not allowing it.

Hi,
Has SNMP been configured on the RD? Starting in AOS 6.8 there's no SNMP enabled by default, so until it's enabled the DCE can't reach it.

Yes, SNMP V1 has been enabled and the read/write has been enabled to the server address

Press the < ESC> button until you get to the “ON/STANDBY” screen. Then use the down arrow to scroll though the display. When you get to the screen “ABOUT INROW” stop and make sure the arrow on the left side of the display is pointing at it and the hit the <ENTER/RETURN> button.

Hi @Anonymous user ,
I'm not familiar as some with the device itself but if replacing that board is also replacing the NIC, then your new NIC has a new mac address.
Mac address is one of the strings used to create the identifiers in the system for DCE to know what it's monitoring. It may simply see this new board as a different device.
I think the only way to get back to monitoring this device may be to remove it and re-discover it.
Steve
