Customer is unable to open ports 80, 443, 21 and looking for alternate ports. Is there a process by which the ports can be customized?
Thanks

Hi @sesa241642 ,
You can change most any ports DCE communicates on but if you've got an existing DCE monitoring existing devices, it may not be that easy. Wen you discover a device for instance, you can use non-standard ports. The thing is, the device itself has to also be set to use those non-standard ports.
Same for device launch. The device has to be using a non standard http / https port for DCE to be able to launch to it. Also, you'd probably want DCE's client to use those same ports.
Same thing with FTP. As long as the device can be configured to use a non-standard port, DCE can as well.

Many thanks for your response. Very clear. As per my understanding, the non-standard ports need to be consistent across the: Device-level
Firewall-level
switch-level
DCE-level
then we are good to go.
