We have DCE 7.2.1 installed on a AP9465.
Since yesterday afternoon we have been unable to access the server by any means.
The client login comes up but does not do anything when ok is clicked.
When trying to access via IP on a web browser the username and password are requested but it just keeps requesting them and will not load.
When accessing via a monitor and keyboard connected to the device no user name or passwords are accepted.
The server has had a hard reboot twice but this has not solved the problem.

Hi Matthew,
Do you have a recent backup? Are you able to restore the server and re-import the backup?
If not, my best suggestion would be to contact tech support directly. Something like this will likely require a remote session to at least gather logs to try to identify the issue and I can't do this on the forum.
Thanks,
Steve

Good, hopefully they can get it straightened out. Sorry there wasn't more I could do here.
