Hello,
I have a Cooling Device in DCE which lists a lot of temperature points however when I go to device association in DCO no points are coming across, as far as I can tell its not a DDF issue as all the points are in DCE. Is this a known error or is there something else I have to do to get the temperature points over to DCO?

Hi James,
Most likely the "supported" temperature sensors are not being reported as expected to DCO (from DCE). DCO expects temperature sensors of type:
Temperature Sensors:
EXTERNAL_TEMPERATURE
SUPPLY_AIR_TEMPERATURE
RETURN_AIR_TEMPERATURE
INTEGRATED_TEMPERATURE

I think, you might need to get new DDF file(s) from the multivendor support team ( multivendorsupport@apcc.com ) .
Kind regards
