Communication lost issue by DCO 7.5

Hi All ,

One of our customer are using DCO (VM) and DCE (VM) toghter in one physical server , now the issue is the communication lost message occured on DCO very often ,the message show up almost once per 5 mins , pls see the figure1 , and sometimes also show DCO can't get data from DCE (pls refer figure2), does anyone know what's the problem on it ? Your help would be appreciated .

Hi Chu Li, Here is something you can try: http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/UAOp74/Resolving+error+collecting+data Another thing you can do is to change the polling interval. It is per default set to 5 min. maybe you can change it to 10 min for instance. You can also try to changing the timeout values, so the DCE has longer time to respond. Do you have Energy Efficiency running on the DCO server ? Thanks Jesper
