Hi all,
Asking this on behalf of a user in need of expert advise:
"Hi, I need to clear all active alerts in StruxureWare v 6.3.0. I can not work out how to do it. I have even tried by putting it into maintenance mode. Looks like this is an easy job with ver 7.x but I dont have that version. Thanks Rob."
Hope someone will rush to aid - it is superhero month after all!

Been a while since I have seen version 6.3 in active use.
Placing in maintenance mode should at least stop the alerts being emailed through, but do the current alerts also need to be hidden from the ISX view?
Can't remember if this option is present in version 6.3, but does it have the option to suppress alarms via the Alarm Acknowledgment tab (select Active Alarms tab, right-click and Alarm Acknowledgment)?
I believe that this will suppress and hide alarms for a particular instance, but if the alarm subsequently clears and becomes active again, it will become visible in DCE / ISX again.

Piotr, Thanks for the reply. Yes, I need to clear all active current alarms. I saw the Supress Future StruxureWare alarms but I did not want to do that in case it stopped /supressed "new" future alarms of that type. I tried setting them as hidden, but the active alarm count stayed at over 600. Essentially, I just want to clear the active 600+ alarms (i.e. not getting them alerted via smtp) and start new smtp alerts as of now. There is a way to do that in versions 7.x ...but does not seem possible in 6.3.0
