Citrix Administration in DCE Server

Is it possible to administer the DCE virtual server with CITRIX instead of VMware, without losing CITRIX capabilities for the IT administrator?

You are probably a little incorrectly formulated the question. Perhaps you mean it is possible for your administrators to work in a DCE-client in a Citrix virtual desktop environment? I do not see any problems here, of course it is possible.
