Hello,
Could IT Advisor 9 store backups on a remote location?
Example - <IP address>:/new_location/.
Thank you,
Cristina

Hello Cristina
You can mount a remote share to your ITA server and then from the ITA web client UI -> administration menu -> backup and restore view you can click the backups settings button to change the destination for backups files to be the remote share previously mounted.
One note regarding mounting remote shares. ITA servers do not come pre-installed with the ability to mount NFS or CIFS shares. Which means if you intend to mount a NFS or CIFS share you will need to install those tools on the ITA server before you can mount the remote share.
As an example: If your ITA server has internet access you can use the below command to install nfs tools on your ITA server.
yum install nfs-utils
There is a similar command with "cifs-utils" for installing CIFS tools.
If your ITA server does not have internet access, Schneider includes NFS and CIFS installer scripts on the ITA installer iso file .. if you mount the iso file to your ITA server to /mnt you can go to /mnt/dco-install/ and you'll see install-xxxx.sh scripts where one is install-nfs-utils.sh for nfs utilities, one is for install-cifs-utils.sh for cifs utilties.
