Dear all,
I have a Galaxy VS 15kW and I want to just receive warnings and critical notifications from some event categories.
I've configured and unchecked 'All Information Events' from the Event Actions by group, but when I press Apply at the end, nothing happens and when I go to the event actions again, 'All Information Events' are selected again and we are receiving information events in email, what is annoying.
Is there any way to configure to just receive by email the events that we want and only the critical ones?
Thanks,
Tiago

Hi @tguimaraes
The manuals for the UPS might give you some insight.

Otherwise, you might want to post in the APC UPS Data Center and Enterprise forum: https://community.se.com/t5/APC-UPS-Data-Center-Enterprise/bd-p/datacenter-forum
