Upgrading firmware from 5.0.1.90 to 5.3.5.434 on Netbotz 750 (NBRK0750)
Hello, So i have a couple of 750s that are at firmware v 5.0.1.90 and having issues upgrading. I downloaded the file as a .sedp and im able to upload the file to the appliance. When i click install and confirm its ok to reboot, sometimes I get a progress window then it goes away and sometimes not at all. Ive tried resetting the appliance and get the same results. I understand that it needs to be at 5.3.5 before i can upgrade to 5.4.1. I was able to upgrade ones that already had 5.3 but no luck on 5.0.1. Any advice is appreciated!
Unfortunately I do not have an appliance on 5.0.1 to test this with to see if I would experience the same issue. I would recommend connecting directly with technical support on this one to look into the best path to get the 5.0.1 firmware upgraded.
