I, as an end customer, do not know anything about such a certification document.
But I know for sure, that the accuracy and time stability of measuring temperature and humidity sensor AP9335TH is determined by the thermistor and hygristor used in it.
Interestingly, some information on the accuracy and linearity of the measurement above the indicated parameters by the sensor AP9335TH can be found on page 30 of instruction for NetBotz Rack Monitor 250 Installation and Quick Configuration Guide.pdf:
