Capacity Web Services

Hello,

I have seen that the web page with the DCO web services information is not available. Has it been moved to another URL?

In IT Advisor,  are the same web services methods available? I would like to get the capacity information from ITA with web services, it could be possible?

Regards

To add to Greg's.

Easiest way,  access the rest api on your ITA.

https://ip address/api/current/

There are quite a few capacity kpis that you can get from rest api.

Look under GET /kpis to see the available type and its explanation.

You'll be able to get those kpis by providing a specific asset id, e.g for the location or server room.

Regards,
Chris

Chris is correct. You can use a browser to access the rest api's at https://ip-address/api/current

There are a number of items available today through rest including KPI data which contains capacity data for some items.

Really depends on what you're specifically looking for.

Also, the help center information where the SOAP and REST web services data is still being migrated to this new help center on which I'm replying to you now. Some or all of those pages will return soon.

Regards

Hello.

Specifically what type of capacity data are you trying to retrieve?

Some data may be visible via REST api call.
