Hi,
I have an issue with the Capacity Overview from the portal.
Recently built a new server with DCO 8.01 the above portlet doesn't appear to load, i have changed the config so it is looking at my newly built DCO server. I have also tested this on 2 different versions of Internet Explorer,
IE version 11.639.105860 and IE 11.0.9600.16428 with no change,
I have tried Chrome, Firefox and the portlet is still sat there with the Loading symbol.
Other than building the DCO 8.01 server nothing else has changed. I also had this issue with 7.5 but that is not irrelevant since the new build.
I am running Portal version 1.3.3

All fixed. The instructions for the upgrade don't tell you that you have to reboot the server after the installation, and the installation doesn't tell you that you now have to reboot the server.
"Upgrading to StruxureWare Portal 1.3.4 on Windows If a previous version of the StruxureWare Portal is already installed on the machine, follow these steps to upgrade to version 1.3.4. Download the StruxureWare Portal 1.3.4 installer file for Windows. Double-click the exe file to run the installer and follow the wizard to install the Struxureware Portal to the location of your choice (default C:\Program Files)."
also the portlets have to be set to Location, if you have it set to room it fails.

Hi Martin
Due to some server side changes, portal version 1.3.3 is not compatible with DCO 8.0.1, you will need to upgrade/install portal version 1.3.4.
regards

Hello Elvedin, I have just updated the StruxureWare portal, now I am getting the following error. I have checked the portlet is pointing to the correct DCO server, it has the correct Data Center it should be pointing too, so not really sure why I now have this error. Martin

This used to work with the 7.x version of DCO and old version of the Portal, This stopped working after installed 1.3.3, then I upgraded to DCO v8.01 and upgraded the portal to v1.3.4, still with no change. The configurations of the portlets hadn't changed through out these upgrades, all i have done is added the DCO server in to the control panel of the Portal server, so it knows which server it needs to be looking at.
