Can you code sign DCE & DCO?

We employ application whitelisting and updating to the latest version is a bit of a process. 

Can the developer please sign the applications to make updates seamless?

We use Windows AppLocker and we have to create rules to allow applications to run. If you sign your code we can create publisher rules to allow DCE/DCO to run so when a software update is available it will work.

From memory we needed to create 17 rules just to run DCO and it was a very painful process as the run files are extracted into a temporary folder when you run the exe.

I'm going to capture/register this as a feature request, but I was wondering if it is possible to ask for the rules you had to add in order to understand what need to be signed in more details? and not miss anything.
