I created a new row (2-Z) this morning in DCO and imported 3 cabinets with associated hardware successfully.
I then went and created another new row (2-Y) with a different row name and the import gave me the error message "There is not enough space to add all equipment to Row 2-Y in Room 135". The row is at least 10 cabinets wide and the import was attempting to add just 1 cabinet with associated hardware into the row so the row is sufficiently large enough.
I deleted the row several times and tried to recreate it with same results. I went in and even copied the first row that worked and renamed it to 2-Y and it failed with the same error.
There is n rhyme or reason to why the first row creation was successful and subsequent created exactly the same were not. We have encountered this several times and it is a MAJOR impediment to the implementation at our site.

Hi Raymond,
As you already have been informed, I have done several tests, but it seems it's working fine for me. I'm able to import data into a new row without any problem.
Kind regards

Hi Raymond, We have made another attempt to reproduce the problem, but we have not been able to reproduce it. To us it looks like it could be a problem with equipment that is to width or rows that are the short. But it would be great if you could sent us a screenshot of the client. So we can see the room setup. What type of equipment are you trying to add? If possible maybe you can share the excel sheet with us, so we can investigate the problem further. Thanks in advance. Jesper
