Hi all,

Just for the information, the issue has been resolved now.

The problem was cause by the Google DNS in Netbotz 750

During first time configuration customer configured only IP/Sb/Gw and left the DNS details as it is.

But as we know the default DNS set in Netbotz 750/755 is Google DNS server IP ie 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

After changing this Google DNS to Customer DNS issue got solved.

Now they are able to access camera web page.

But i just want know is this due to customer firewall which is restricting to access the camera web page if Google DNS was used?

Thanks

Anil

Hi @Anil_Kumar ,

Glad you figured this out. I've not seen the issue before but would like to tell our engineers. Were the cameras on the NetBotz private LAN? If public LAN, did you add them by hostname? If you added by hostname instead of IP and didn't have a local DNS, I wouldn't have even expected it to discover. Interesting issue.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve

All cameras are connected directly to the private ports of 750.

Thanks

Anil
