Disabling Native Operating System UPS Support - Powerchute

Hello, I have purchased a Smart-UPC RC3000. The problem I have is that during the installation of the "PowerChute Business Edition" software the message "Disabling Native Operating System UPS Support" appears and the PC freezes. I have checked the communication between the UPC and the PC with the "USBDeview" software and it has no problem. The PC perfectly recognizes the UPS.
The things I tried to do to fix the problem were:

Install the software in "Safe" mode
Install different versions of Powerchute
I disabled the windows power service.

What can I do to solve the problem? Any suggestions ?. Greetings. Ivan.
