Hi,
Kindly i have a customer that need a solution for activating a Becon/Siren in the case of any "Critical" category Alarms from DCE.
Project Details as below;
(any "Critical" Category alarm from these devices must initiate a Becon/Siren)
I've tried another solution >> PC connected to high volume speaker to get sound notification whenever there is an alarm in the devices, as below;
Unfortunately, the drawback of this way is that the Alarm sound will not differentiate the Critical Alarm category (i.e: sound will play in case of any alarm), also, the sound will be played once (while we need it to be played continuously until the Alarm is cleared).

Hi Momen Samy,
DCE has only that one option to play a sound and the client must be running on a computer for the sound to be heard. There is sadly no alternative configuration for this option.
I can add this as an enhancement request (you can too under the resources menu) however I can't say when the feature will make it into the system if at all.
