Asking on behalf of Kimo:
I am looking for the latest version to run a NetBOTZ 320, I need to get into the device to first see what is the current configuration and how can I change it if necessary. I cant find any software or download that does this.

Hi Stine, Kimo,
We no longer update NetBotz version 2 firmware or software. Although I do not believe there is an official statement this, we have not done so for years now. We do know that Windows 7 and Advanced View 2.6.2 don't work that well together but the resolution would be to run an XP VM mode OS and install Advanced View there. You can try using a newer version of Advanced view and in some cases it will work but it is not fully backwards compatible.
THanks,
Steve
