Hi!
Is there anyway to add several virtual sensors to a virtual device?
I've created several virtual sensors to get the total of a bunch of other sensors, but i would like to put all of the virtual sensors under one device so that i can generate a sensor history report and get e.g. voltage, amps and power on one sensor report.

Hi Rasmus,
Sorry but no, each virtual sensor is treated as it's own device. It does sound like an interesting idea though and perhaps you'll want to enter this as an enhancement request. You can use the resources–>feature request menu on the top of this web page if you'd like.
Thanks,
Steve

Thank you for the quick reply. I will do a feature request as you recommend!
Thanks,

Dear Rasmus Andersson,
As Steven Marchetti said, unfortunately it’s impossible to create a virtual device (not sensor) in the latest DCE software.
...but i would like to put all of the virtual sensors under one device so that i can generate a sensor history report and get e.g. voltage, amps and power on one sensor report.
But you can create, for example, a folder for a Device Group and put all the necessary virtual sensors into it. Then simply select Generate Sensor History Report from the context menu for this folder and make a needed sensor report on the entire group of virtual sensors.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.

Okey, unfourtuantly you get a very messy overview when you check the datacenter (we use the device groups to sort in countries -> citys -> datacenters)
Thank you anyway for the answer!

I understand you, but this is the maximum that the latest DCE software can offer you.
