Attempting firmware upgrade v3.9.2 for ATS model AP7730. StruxureWare DCE displays the following damage notice when clicking on apply update. Currently source A is used to power devices. Any known issues unplugging the secondary (source B) for this model at FW v3.5.6 (app) / v3.5.7 (AOS).
Current ATS Status

Hi Barry Patterson,
And what is your question?
Is it possible to you to perform the Rack ATS firmware update without disconnecting the secondary source (as was noticed DCE-server)?
Probably there is some sense in this, and it is better to follow this recommendation.
More details about this problem, I highly recommend reading in topic , especially the answers of Balaraman Jagadeesan and Angela Clark.
P.S.: But in practice I performed exactly the same procedure for updating the firmware as you (to the final version 3.9.2) have about a hundred Rack ATS without disconnecting the secondary source. And for all this time there was not a single case of loss of power to equipment or damage the Rack ATS.
I repeat: this is my experience and my opinion.
With respect.
