API Set for Network Cable Connection

Hello there,

Is there an API set to manage network cable connections? We could not find any related APIs on the swagger API Documentation for network cable connection or I missed reading the documentation.

If the APIs still do not exist, is there any plan to provide the API for network cable connections on the roadmap?

I will highly appreciate for some responses.

Hi Bayu,

Currently there is no REST API to mange network cable connections.

However, one of near future plan item is to build the network connection feature in the web-client. I guess during that process REST APIs may also be revisited (but no promises at this point), thanks.

Okay. Thank you for your reply.

Good move. I think, when the network connection feature on web-client is being built, at least API to GET the related items with its ports and from-to connection pair list has to be created as well.  I hope the GET API will be soon published even with Internal state.

Soon after that, please provide us the API to create/save network cable connections between assets/devices.
