I have couple of APC AP7953 PDUs and one of them after a reboot get stucked at boot process on webGUI:
I am able to login via telnet with putty and restarted the management interface - without any success. What else can I do?

Hi Mate,
Logging in through putty, have you tried validating http/https settings or even resetting the device to defaults (with or without TCP)? Have you updated the firmware? What firmware is in use currently? If you look at the device physically, do you see any issues with the interface there?

Device is operating in another site, far away from me. Firmware version is 3.7.0.
Web is enabled:
I would like to do default reset as a last chance.
I applied 1 - Reboot Management Interface. Is there anything else what I can choose here?

Hi Mate,
I suggest resetting to defaults except tcp/ip. If the issue continues and if you have anyone on-site, I would have the check the physical UI. Reflashing the firmware (same version or higher) is also something you can try.
