Hi, we are trying to install the AP9520TH sensor to the Netbotz750 via A-link, but for some reason AP9520TH don't show to the NB750, we have POD150 also connected to the A-link and they are viewed without any problem on NB750; for information, we have tried with different patch cable (using Cat5 here), and changed the DIP switch to different CAN address, seems like something is missing here; thank you!
P.S. for now, we are just trying to connect 2x AP9520TH, but we have planned to install total of 8x AP9520TH via A-link to the same NB750 appliance.

Hi Uuganbat,
It is recommended to connect the AP9520THs after the Pod 150 as their A-link addresses are configurable manually via the dip switches.
Another recommendation that you might want to look at is to ensure that the dip switches set on the AP9520TH are not identical to each other and the presence of A-link terminators on both ends of the link, to establish communication between the devices on the chain.
Photos of the cascaded A-link devices, showing their connections might be needed to confirm proper connection between them.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Justine
