Dear SE team,
We have problem with brand new struxureware appliance that we have to integrate to out customer data center.
When we boot up a server, on screen we can see login screen and everything looks normal.
We are connected to port 2 on server and we're able to get DHCP address from server. We can ping server on IP 192.168.1.1 but we can't open it via browser using http or https to download Struxureware DCE client.
We've separately downloaded client from your website version as is on server but still we're unable to connect with message "Invalid Network Address or Timeout".
We've also tried telnet the server on ports 80 and 443 but there is no response.
What shall we do next?

Hi @ervinl ,
Due to changes in the system based on California law, Many passwords are required to be changed and protocols required to be disabled. I suggest connecting a monitor and keyboard to the server and use the following procedure for initial configuration:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA234266
look at the section:
First Configuration of Network Settings on the DCE Physical Appliance (7.0 and later):
Please note the passwords here will require changing and you will want to note them for future reference.
Thanks,
Steve

Just to note on newer hardware (I think post April 2020) this should also be available via serial port (for precisely this reason). Never anyone's idea of a good time, but it gives you the option of which is more convenient to you.
