AP8886 PDU Communication not Responding

Hi Team,

Kindly advise what would possibly make a rack pdu freeze as below and how can I restore it to normal operation.

I have tried to reset with the reset button but nothing seem to work, however pdu is still delivering power to the load.

This probably a failed unit. In my experience this can happen when the pdu is about 5 years or older (not  very often, but it does happen!).  Sometimes powering off the PDU for 15 to 30 minutes may recover it, but that is not always practical.
