3rd party Raritan Rack PDU not open in DCE 7.2.6

Dear Team,

                   I am facing a problem in DCE 7.2.6 I have 3rd party rack PDU (Raritan PX2-2530) it is giving error when I open in DCE internal browser, on external browser it is working fine, kindly see the attached screenshots.

Hi Rana,

Please try changing the device launch setting available in the Right click Menu of the device.

Let us know if it doesn't help.

We just started using PX2-4397 in our environment and I am configuring them now. You have to connect via HTTPS but it still will not pass the UN/PW along. I'm also having trouble with SNMP and not seeing any sensors.

Hi Rana, Looking at your screenshots it is not the same device that is opened in the external browser .224 and trying to be opened in the internal one .204 (as I see it) I'm pretty sure that it is also failing for .224 in the internal browser just wanted to be sure.           Once again Follow the 

Raritan Installation Manual.

  1. Check Device Launch Setting [Try both HTTP and HTTPS] and your device Login credentials.
  2. Check also the time setting of raritan Rack PDU. Some time it also cause problems.
  3. Also check that Your Raritan Rack PDU Should have same Port SPEED and SNMP setting as APC PDU SMNP Setting [Can be Viewed from Configuration -> Network -> TCP/IP and Configuration -> Network -> Port Speed ]. Compare Both Setting .
  4.  Also check that Some of Internal Firewall of Device is Not Enable.

    But Reply me if Still problem Persist....
