Since this procedure is quite similar and standardized, then as a very good example, you can use this instruction Replacing the SelfSigned Cert on PowerChute_Windows from APC k-base FA176886.
Below is my version of this instruction, but already applied to StruxureOn Gateway 1.0.3.40: Replacing the Self-Signed SSL Certificate in StruxureOn Gateway.pdf.
