I sure would like this fixed. we are paying for a service we aren't getting. Months ago a Schneider Electric tech was out to install a new network card but he didn't reconfigure for the monitoring service. Now I am being asked to do this work.... This stuff is way over my head and I need help.

If you have an active ITE subscription, when assistance/guidance is required you can reach out to technical support for assistance.
