Updated firmware for ATSG4 and Symmetra PX (NMC3) now available

An issue with firmware binaries for the ATS4G and Symmetra PX (NMC3 version) downloaded from approximately Oct 12 until Oct 26, 2023 prevents the application from installing.

The correct firmware binaries are now available.

If you performed a firmware update on ATS4G or Symmetra PX devices between Oct. 12 and Oct. 26, 2023 using binaries downloaded from apc.com or the Data Center Expert offline catalog, you must manually update each affected device with the correct application.

You cannot use Data Center Expert or the Firmware Update Utility (downloaded as part of the firmware file) to update affected devices.

If your Data Center Expert downloaded updates from the firmware update server between Oct. 12 and Oct. 26, it is strongly recommended that you have DCE contact the firmware update server again to download the correct firmware.

IT Expert downloaded the most recent files from the update server on Oct 26.
