StruxureOn : delete the registerd DCE

I have forgotten the StruxureOn login infomation.

Can the team delete the registered DCE?

I think first you need to click on the Disable Connection button to disconnect your DCE server from the StruxureOn digital service.

I.e., you do not know either the login (e-mail) or password, or phone number when registering in StruxureOn digital service?

It is unknown who registered.
I am in trouble because I can not log in to StruxureOn.

Hi koichi komatsu,

If you remember the email used for creating the StruxureOn account on https://struxureon.com/manage can you use the "Forgot Password" link to get a new password.

Doing this way means that you con continue to use the account already created in https://struxureon.com/manage.
