Raritan PDU additional sensors

Hi

We have Raritan PDUs PX3-5966-M5. We've connected temperature sensor to the PDU and it is visible and alerting on DCE. However, when we connected Leak detection sensor to the temp sensor (you can daisy chain them) it didn't come up as one of the sensors. Even after connecting just Leak detection sensor directly to PDU it didn't come up. Is there a way to see other Raritan sensors connected to DCE or just Temperature sensor? Anyone had similar issue?

Hi @MarekSz,

If you would like to add a sensor to a DDF you can reach out to SE by filling out an Asset Definition Request, ensuring to include an SNMPwalk of the device, the SNMP OID that you would like, and the MIB for the device.

Depending on the request a purchase of an Asset Definition Service may be required to make the modification.  The team will let you know after contacting in if a purchase is required for the modification.
