I have add the location option in the "add custom property " section, picture number two, but at the time of the incident, the location and position is empty in the active alarms section. Number one pic

Hi @poomsee,
The column that you added is actually the default Location column that exists within DCE. The location value would be the location pulled from the device identification OID that is set directly on the device itself.
The Custom property for location that you created is not able to be added into the the Active Alarms view. Custom properties can however be added into the Device View. Views that can have a custom property added would like like this within the Configure Columns view:
