Hello everyone.
There´s a Netbotz NBWL0455 installed with two smoke sensors (nbes0307) and four Spot Fluid Sensor(nbes0301).
One of these Spot fluid sensors sometimes stop working and desappears on the Advanced view screen.
The sensor and the Netbotz appliance already were replaced but the problem isn´t solved.
Does anybody knows what it can be ?
Regards.

Hi Luis,
If the spot leak sensors are all connected to the main unit, please separate them out. Each pod (including the integrated pod) supports up to 2 spot leak sensors. See k-base FA158425 on this issue.
There is also a known issue with the spot leak intermittently showing disconnected for a moment. More extreme versions of that could cause an N/A state ot show disconnected. This issue is resolved in the most recent version of BotzWare which is 4.5 and is available on the product page under software an dfirmware:
http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=NBWL0455&tab=software
and the software downloads page:
