Hi Barlas,

The leak rope sensor is basically two wires that will report a leak if there is connectivity between the 2 wires. If the leak rope is in a dirty environment, perhaps there is conductivity due to the dirt. Perhaps it is touching metal? Perhaps it is contacting concrete.

Make sure it is not specific to this sensor. If you have another leak rope connected to another NetBotz appliance, switch them out. Does the issue follow the sensor or does the issue stay with the unit? What troubleshooting have you performed?

Steve
