How to put devices in maintenance mode when gateway it is used?

Hello,

I have gateway it V1.4.68 installed and running on a test config with a Symmetra and a Cooler, and some Pdu's and a netbotz.

How can I inhibit alarms when maintenance on UPS and/or cool unit is done?

I do not find any option in the gateway, nor in the app.

Maybe I am looking at the wrong place.

If you use free EcoStruxure IT Gateway software with the EcoStruxure IT Expert digital service, you can switch your device(s) in to maintenance mode from the management web-portal https://app.ecostruxureit.com/manage/.
