Hi Felix,

You will need to enable it through webservices. The customer feature has been designed so it can integrate to a 3rd. party customer database. So customer relations can be maintained in the 3rd. party system, but relevant information will be passed to Data Center Operation. If you don't use a 3rd. party customer database can you also add induvidual users using for instance SoapUI. Please see information about adding colo customers.
