Hi Craig,
It appears that you have a threshold violation on your Data Center Expert. Please log into your Data Center Expert and locate the Rack PDU with the alarm.
When the device is located select Alarm Configuration in the top bar. Now select Thresholds Alarm configuration in the new window. You will know see a list of Thresholds defined on the device.
It looks like an Max alarm threshold is set to low on this device.
