Ecostruxure IT for partners - as we intend to use this for on-call technicians, is it possible to have an app to see all the customers from one platform like an app? Also how to remove/edit delete the invitations to customers as there are no options around this?

Hi Vishal,

Currently there is no feature so a partner can see all customers on-call technicians. It is also not possible (at the moment) to edit or remove the pending invitations.

However, I think you have spotted some great product feedback that I will share with the product management team.
