Dce rack access Report

Hi All,

We installed Netbotz 170 Rack access kit on Netbotz 570. We can take report form Handle(Up/down),Lock Status (Locked/Unlocked), Door(Open/Closed), Reader(Enabled/Disabled).

We also identified Card's to our employers. We can also open the rack with these cards. But we can't see  the logs Who is accessed the doors and which time. Can we see this from DCE or Netbotz?

Hi Barlas,

These logs are not available in DCE at this time. You must log in to the NetBotz appliance using Advanced View. Look under the "Tools" menu and "Appliance Event Log"
