Hello Expert,

One of customer inform that web service monitor of DCE is auto log off after 15 mins.

Is there any way to extend this time or make it forever remain in log in unless operator log off action.

Hi, 

Please select the "Remain Active" toggle switch to activate. 

If you browse to different Dashboards or tabs and then return to the default Dashboard view, please ensure the "Remain Active" toggle is activated as well.

Have similar issue but Remain Active Toggle doesn't work.
The customer have 3 different dashboard displayed on 3 different screens from the same account. Remain Active Toggle on on each screen but system logs out automaticaly after few minutes on the same time on each screen.
DCE 8.3.0.
Any ideas?

A configurable session timeout was introduced in DCE 9.0.

The current version of DCE is 9.1. You might consider upgrading to take advantage of new features, updated security, and a new, easier to manage subscription licensing model. Contact support for assistance.
