DCO 8 Install files

Where can I find the installation files for DCO version 8? I have found all the required documentation on how to run the update, but I cannot locate the installation package anywhere.

You will need to contact your local technical support for the StruxureWare Data Center Operation installation/upgrade files.  They will need to verify your software support to provide you with the installation/upgrade files.

Are there any plans to find a better way to manage this? Having to directly contact our sales person in order to receive a download is a poor use of my time. Product support contracts can't be linked to user accounts so the download is available in my account as long as our support is up to date?
