Hi,
We are using DCExpert 7.2.5 with Operations 7.4.0 and from time to time we have critical alarm that displays the following information:
"Communication with Operations (IP) has been lost..." then after some time the error disappear.
Both servers do not work on https.
What could be the problem? Please advise.
Thanks,
Krzysztof

In Operation version 7.4.5 there is a new DDF that shows more sensors (from the Operation server). That might be handy for trouble shooting.

Thanks for that tip, we consider migration to the latest 'Operation'; however I just thought that someone from the community might had that issue in the past so the answer would be simple.
