Hello~
Our customer set temperature threshold at 35℃ max but it's trigger short e-mail at 29℃ which
shows "too high" , it's happened three times in one day, what's the problem for this situation?
Is it firmware issue? Pls advice ,many thanks.

Hi Chu,
The Botzware you are currently on is an old firmware version. I would recommend you install Botzware 4.3 on this appliance. I have seen alerts trigger within the thresholds before and its usually down to a corrupt upgrade from a previous upgrade. What I would recommend going forward is to follow KBase FA158175, to reset the unit to defaults and then install Botzware 4.3 on the appliance (please do not create and import the backup from Botzware 3.3 onto the 4.3 appliance. i would recommend you configure the appliance from scratch, as to eliminate any potential corruption being migrated.) The Botzware version firmware files can be found on by typing in the following SKU into www.apc.com: SFNBZ430. Install the latest version of Advanced View also. It is recommend that you use the same version of Botzware and Advanced View on the appliance.
