Customer has system with redundant setpt and in one building the pick action for a switch works but in the other building when you select the object they get the following error message
error at column`1 of pick action code Unknown error 0x80072fd
They are use a script for the pick action

Not sure where to go to fix this. would think this would be a OPC issue since not linking to the oter system. but did not set this system up so not sure where i need to go resolve it.
